I’m amazed at how fast the delivery came. I placed my order on a Monday afternoon and got my package without any problems by 1pm the next day. I did shell out £1.99 for the 1-2 day shipping, but I didn’t think it would be that speedy. Everything was well packed and in perfect shape. Awesome service, and the prices are pretty good too. I’ll definitely think about ordering from Hiks again.

I ordered 2 boards in June and they arrived in just a week. The customer service was quick to respond (I emailed on a Sunday and got a replacement fin by Monday).

I recently purchased a couple of SUPs and ran into some trouble attaching the fin to one of them. After a few quick emails, they promptly sent me a replacement fin to test out. Unfortunately, that didn’t fix the issue, so they set up a video call to guide me through the steps I needed to take, which ultimately resolved the problem. Their communication was fantastic, and the customer service was outstanding. I’d definitely use them again and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to others.

Outstanding customer support! I mistakenly ordered the wrong board and needed to swap it out. I called their customer service, and they were incredibly helpful. I sent an email to request the exchange as instructed, and HIKS got back to me in less than an hour. All the staff are super friendly and know their stuff, doing everything possible to make sure you have a fantastic experience and the right gear. I’m really happy I went ahead and bought my board along with a pump from Hiks. The connector that came with my pump was able to inflate my board, but when we took it off, it seemed to leave the pin stuck in the board, causing it to deflate immediately. My buddy has the same pump, and when we used hers, it worked perfectly. After a few days of troubleshooting, we finally figured out that the connection bar inside mine wasn’t aligned properly and looked like it had lost a couple of points. I reached out to Hiks, and they were absolutely fantastic. I sent them some photos of my connector and my friend's, and they got back to me in no time, saying they’d send a replacement right away! Sure enough, it showed up the next day, and I tried it out tonight—it works like a charm. I’d definitely recommend this company to anyone.

Outstanding support from the team! This paddle board is fantastic for what you pay. The company genuinely looks after its customers. If something gets damaged, like the pump in my case (totally my bad), they’ll get back to you quickly and fix the issue without charging extra. I usually don’t write reviews 'cause I can’t be arsed, but they really earned it—no grumpy vibes like some other places.

I ordered a couple of ropes, and they showed up the very next day even though it wasn't a 'next day' delivery. One of the ropes was missing a Caribena. I shot them a message that afternoon, and the replacement was at my door the next morning. This kind of dedicated customer service deserves a shout-out. I'll definitely be back for more. I picked up additional rubber mats for the play zone since I was really impressed with the quality of the first set. I totally forgot to apply our discount code, but I shot them an email and they refunded it right away. Awesome product and top-notch service!
